Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of n0glitch mushroom coffee (contains Lion’s Mane, Chaga, and Shiitake)
  • 1 cup (8 oz) hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil (optional, for extra energy)
  • Optional: sweetener (such as sugar, stevia, or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushroom coffee: In a small cup, mix 1 teaspoon of n0glitch mushroom coffee with 1 cup (8 oz) of hot water (around 90°C/194°F). Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add butter and MCT oil: In a blender, add the prepared mushroom coffee, 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter or ghee, and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil (optional). Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  3. Sweeten (Optional): Add your preferred sweetener (such as sugar, stevia, or maple syrup) and blend again if needed.
