- Mix the cocoa powder: Add 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder to the coffee mixture and stir until the cocoa is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the milk: In a separate cup, heat 1/2 cup (4 oz) of milk or plant-based milk (such as almond or oat milk) until warm but not boiling. Then pour it into the coffee-cocoa mixture and stir well.
- Sweeten (Optional): Add your preferred sweetener (such as sugar, stevia, or maple syrup) and stir until dissolved.
- Top with whipped cream (Optional): For a creamy finish, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon, if desired.
