Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of n0glitch mushroom coffee (contains Lion’s Mane, Chaga, and Shiitake)
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) of hot water (for dissolving the coffee)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) of milk or plant-based milk (for the mocha)
  • Optional: sweetener (such as sugar, stevia, or maple syrup)
  • Optional: whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushroom coffee: In a small cup, mix 1 teaspoon of n0glitch mushroom coffee with 1/4 cup (2 oz) of hot water (around 90°C/194°F). Stir well until the coffee is completely dissolved.
  2. Mix the cocoa powder: Add 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder to the coffee mixture and stir until the cocoa is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the milk: In a separate cup, heat 1/2 cup (4 oz) of milk or plant-based milk (such as almond or oat milk) until warm but not boiling. Then pour it into the coffee-cocoa mixture and stir well.
  4. Sweeten (Optional): Add your preferred sweetener (such as sugar, stevia, or maple syrup) and stir until dissolved.
  5. Top with whipped cream (Optional): For a creamy finish, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon, if desired.
